Nutrition help for kids who are tube-fed or find eating hard
I'm Mariana Ross, a registered dietitian with eight years in pediatric hospital nutrition. I see Texas families by video, on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Two kinds of families I help
Tube feeding and blended diets
Moving from formula to blends, checking whether a regimen still fits, sorting out growth or tolerance problems, and writing a plan that school and grandparents can follow.
ARFID and feeding difficulties
Making sure a short list of accepted foods still covers what your child needs, in step with the work their feeding therapist or ARFID therapist is already doing.
What a first visit looks like
Most parents want to know this before they book, so here it is.
Before the visit
You fill out intake forms in the secure client portal and send any growth records you have. No food diary needed.
The visit
75 minutes by video. We go through your child's history, growth, and what a normal day of feeding looks like. Your child can come and go.
Your plan
Afterward, you get a written plan with a short list of priorities.
The rest of the team
With your permission, I send a summary to your child's doctor or therapist so everyone is working from the same plan.

Why I do this work
[DRAFT BIO: two or three sentences in Mariana’s own words about why she started the practice. This is the most important paragraph on the site.]
Start with a 15-minute call
It’s free. We’ll talk about what’s happening at home and whether I’m the right dietitian for your child. I don’t give clinical advice on this call; that comes after a full assessment.
