Who I see

Children and teens in Texas who need specialized nutrition support, including:

  • tube-fed children, including regimen reviews and families interested in blended (blenderized) tube feeds
  • children working toward tube weaning, with the nutrition plan coordinated with your team
  • children with pediatric feeding disorder or ARFID who are working with a feeding therapist or ARFID therapist
  • children stepping down from an intensive or hospital-based feeding program, or waiting to get in
  • children with growth faltering or limited intake where the nutrition plan needs closer follow-up

All visits are by secure telehealth. I’m an out-of-network, cash-pay provider; families receive superbills.

How to refer

  1. Send a secure referral through the button below. Please don’t email or fax patient information.
  2. Or have the family book directly. They can schedule a free 15-minute call through the same platform.
  3. I’ll contact the family within [POLICY: e.g., 2 business days — Mariana to confirm].

If you have a general question about whether a child is a good fit, email me. Please don’t include any patient-identifying details.

What you’ll receive back

With the family’s written consent, after the initial assessment I’ll send you a brief summary:

  • nutrition assessment highlights (growth, intake, and estimated needs)
  • the nutrition plan and goals
  • how the plan supports your treatment goals, and anything I’d like you to watch for
  • my contact information for coordination

I’ll send updates when the plan changes significantly, and I’m happy to join a care conference by video when that’s helpful.

Working together

My background is eight years in pediatric hospital nutrition. I’m comfortable coordinating with GI, complex care, home-health, and therapy teams, and I’m glad to talk through how we might work together. [TESTIMONIAL — add only with written permission]
